The Post-Summer Reset

You could finish the year in the best shape you've been in for years.

Summer knocked the routine out, and you're not where you were. Sixteen focused weeks is enough to change that completely — the results just below are real men who did. The video shows how.

Watch this first — what 16 weeks can do, and how it works.

One-to-one coaching for gay men Built around your real life Real clients, real results

Every one a real client. This is what a focused 16 weeks can do.

Sound familiar?

You don't have to have fallen apart to want this

Summer has a way of quietly undoing things. See if any of this lands.

Summer knocked you off track

Holidays, trips, nights out, the lot. Training went out the window and eating became whatever was easiest.

You've put a bit on

The clothes feel different, the photos aren't your favourite, and you're not quite where you were a few months ago.

The routine's gone completely

You're barely training, there's no real structure to your week, and "I'll sort it soon" has been the plan for a while.

Nothing dramatic — you just feel off

No disaster. You just don't feel as good, as strong or as on-it as you did before summer, and you'd like that back.

You keep meaning to start again

You know what you should be doing. It just hasn't happened yet — and every week it slides a little further.

You want it to actually stick this time

You've had a go before and it faded out. This time you want proper structure and someone in your corner.

You don't need a fresh disaster to justify starting. You just need to want to feel good again — and be ready to actually do something about it.

This is for you if…

  • You want to get back into shape after summer knocked things off course.
  • You're done with the start-stop cycle and want structure that actually lasts.
  • You'd rather be guided by someone than keep guessing on your own.
  • You're ready to commit to the next few months and see it through.

It's probably not right just yet if…

  • You're after a quick fix or a two-week crash plan.
  • You want a cheap app to follow with nobody in your corner.
  • You're not willing to adjust your routine at all right now.
  • You'd rather "wait until January" and see how you feel.
The timing

Why now beats January

September is one of the best times of the year to start. The disruption of summer is settling down and normal life is coming back. If you begin now, you've got a clear run of months in front of you — before Christmas, before the year's out. If you wait, those months don't pause. They just pass.

There's nothing special about the 1st of January. The only difference between starting now and starting then is whether you spend the next four months moving forward — or getting back to where you already are.

Same effort. Same programme. The only variable is when you begin.

Along the way

Where this takes you

From where you are now — to where you want to be

Sixteen weeks isn't long in the grand scheme of things. But it's more than enough to change the whole picture.

Where you are now
  • Off the pace after a summer of it slipping
  • No real routine or structure to your week
  • Training on and off, nutrition all over the place
  • Not feeling your best — in your clothes or your own skin
Where the Reset takes you
  • Leaner, fitter and stronger than you are today
  • Back in a routine that actually holds
  • Training and eating on autopilot, not on willpower
  • Feeling like yourself again — and knowing how to stay there

And because it's coached — not a template you're left to follow alone — how we get there is mapped out and adjusted around your life the whole way. Here's how.

The programme

What the 16 weeks actually look like

The Reset is a 16-week initial programme, coached one-to-one and built around your life — your schedule, your starting point, and what you can realistically stick to. Here's the shape of it.

01
Weeks 1–4
Reset

We clear the decks and get the foundations back in. Your training and nutrition are set up around your life, and we rebuild the daily habits that slipped over summer. The aim: get you moving again and feeling in control.

02
Weeks 5–8
Rhythm

It starts to feel normal. Training becomes routine instead of a battle, nutrition gets easier to manage, and the early changes begin to show. This is where consistency stops being hard work.

03
Weeks 9–12
Push

Now we press. With the foundations solid, we step training up and sharpen your nutrition to drive real, visible progress. This is the stretch where the work compounds and you can properly see it.

04
Weeks 13–16
Lock it in

We consolidate everything and finish strong — and just as importantly, you learn how to keep it going on your own. You come out fitter, leaner and with a routine that actually holds.

Sixteen weeks is long enough to make progress you can see and feel — and long enough for it to actually stick.

Tracked progress

How it works

What you actually get

This isn't an app that spits out a template and leaves you to it. It's coaching.

Built for you, not off a shelf

Your training and nutrition are put together around your goal, your experience and your week — and adjusted as you go, not left to gather dust.

You're never left to figure it out alone

Regular check-ins and direct access to your coach. When something stops working — or life gets in the way — it gets handled, instead of left for you to puzzle out on your own.

Around your real life

Your job, your schedule, your commitments. The plan fits around them — not the other way round — which is exactly why it lasts.

Tracked, so we know it's working

We measure progress properly and make decisions based on what's actually happening — not guesswork. If something needs to change, we see it early.

The proof

Same starting point. Different result.

Every man here was coached one-to-one. Most began exactly where you are now — off the pace, out of routine.

In their words

Before you ask

The questions people usually have

I'm pretty out of shape right now. Is this for me?
Yes — that's exactly who the Reset is for. It's built for people getting back into it, not for people who are already in great shape. We start from where you are and build from there.
I've started before and fallen off. Why would this be different?
Because you're not doing it alone off a generic plan. The programme is built around your life so it's realistic to stick to, with someone checking in and adjusting alongside you the whole way. That accountability and structure is usually the missing piece.
How much time does it take each week?
It's built around what you can realistically commit to. We set training that fits your schedule rather than assuming you can live in the gym — that's part of what makes it last.
Is it all online?
Yes — the coaching is online, so we can work together wherever you are. You get your programme, your check-ins and direct access to me throughout.
What about Christmas — won't that get in the way?
That's the point of starting now rather than after it. By the time Christmas comes around, you've already got three months of momentum behind you — so it's something you navigate from a strong position, not a reason to keep putting things off.
How quickly will I see results?
Most people feel the difference in how they're moving and eating fairly early on, with visible changes building through the middle of the programme. Everyone's different, which is exactly why we track it properly rather than guess.
What happens on the call?
It's a relaxed conversation about where you're at, what you want to change, and whether the Reset is the right fit for you. No pressure — and if it's not right, you'll hear that honestly.
